Article 37 of Title Register Law

The real property folios shall be prepared in the order of the property numbers in each survey section Law Index 1126 Home Page Real Folio Register Law Law No. 21 of 2019 concerning the Real Folio Register separately. If real property units are merged or subdivided in accordance with the regulations in force at the Municipality, the real property folios shall be annotated to indicate the changes affecting the properties, stating the numbers of the new properties after the merger or subdivision. The old folios for those properties shall be retained in a special archive of the electronic real folio register, with annotations of the amendments made to the properties to which they relate.
