English translation
The merger or subdivision of real properties shall result in the cancellation of their numbers from the plans and their replacement with new numbers following the highest number in each block situated within an area, as the case may be, equal in number to the new real properties, after their boundaries have been recorded on the plans prepared by the Municipality.

يترتب على دمج العقارات أو تجزئتها إلغاء أرقامها من المخططات والاستعاضة
عنها بأرقام جديدة تالية لأعلى رقم في كل قطعة واقعة ضمن منطقة حسب
الأحوال وذلك بعدد العقارات الجديدة بعد إثبات حدودها على المخططات
