The contract of a limited liability company must include the appointment of one or more auditors of the company's accounts. The rules and provisions prescribed regarding auditors in a joint-stock company shall apply to the auditor with respect to his appointment, powers, responsibilities, determination of remuneration, removal, and resignation.
