Article 110 of Companies Law

The Executive Regulations shall specify the registers and books to be maintained at the company's head office and the particulars they shall contain. Every partner shall have the right to inspect, at the company's premises, the company's accounts and all its documents, records and books, and any condition or resolution to the contrary shall be void. Article 111 (1) A limited liability company shall have a general assembly consisting of all partners, which shall meet upon an invitation from the company's manager. The company's manager may convene the general assembly at any time, and shall convene it upon a request submitted to him by the supervisory board, the auditor, or a number of partners owning not less than %10% of the company's capital. The Ministry may also convene the assembly and attend its meeting at any time in cases where the manager is required to convene it but fails to do so. The provisions concerning the procedures for convening the general assembly of a closed joint-stock company shall apply to the procedures for convening the general assembly of the partners.
