English translation
The company shall be established for the term that the founders agree to specify in the company contract. This term may be extended before its expiry by a resolution issued by the general assembly of partners or shareholders holding more than half of the shares or interests in the capital. If no extension resolution is issued and the company continues conducting its activity, the company's term shall automatically be extended each time for a term equivalent to that agreed upon in the contract and on the same conditions. A partner who does not wish to remain in the company after expiry of its term may withdraw from it. In this case, his rights shall be valued in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 11 of this Law.

يكون تأسيس الشركة للمدة التي يتفق المؤسسون على تحديدها في عقد الشركة،
ويجوز مد هذه المدة قبل انقضائها بقرار يصدر من الجمعية العامة للشركاء أو
المساهمين الحائزين على أكثر من نصف أسهم أو حصص رأس المال.
فإذا لم يصدر قرار المد واستمرت الشركة في مزاولة نشاطها امتدت مدة الشركة
تلقائياً في كل مرة لمدة مماثلة للمدة المتفق عليها في العقد وبالشروط ذاتها، وللشريك
الذي لا يريد البقاء في الشركة بعد انتهاء مدتها أن ينسحب منها، وفي هذه الحالة
