The company may change its name through the procedures required to amend the company contract, and the publicity procedures for the new name must be taken. Changing the company’s name shall not affect its rights or obligations, or legal proceedings taken by or against it.

للشركة أن تغير اسمها بالإجراءات اللازمة لتعديل عقد الشركة، ويجب اتخاذ
إجراءات الإشهار للاسم الجديد.
ولا يترتب على تغيير اسم الشركة أي مساس بحقوقها أو التزاماتها، أو بالإجراءات
