English translation
A company may not bear the name of any other company or a similar name if that name belongs to a company conducting the same activity, unless the name belongs to a company undergoing liquidation which agrees to that designation. A company claiming that another company has adopted its name or a similar name may request the Ministry to order the company to change that name. The Ministry shall decide on this request within 60 days from the date of its submission; otherwise, this shall be deemed a rejection thereof. The Executive Regulations shall specify the conditions that the request must meet and the documents that must accompany it.

لا يجوز أن يكون للشركة اسم أية شركة أخرى أو اسم مشابه إذا كان ذلك الاسم
لشركة تزاول ذات النشاط، إلا أن يكون الاسم لشركة في دور التصفية وتوافق على
هذه التسمية.
وللشركة التي تدعي أن شركة أخرى قد اتخذت اسمها أو اسما يشابهه أن تطلب
من الوزارة تكليف الشركة بتغيير هذا الاسم، ويجب على الوزارة البت في هذا
الطلب خلال ٦٠ يومًا من تاريخ تقديمه وإلا اعتبر ذلك بمثابة رفض له.
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية الشروط اللازم توافرها في الطلب والمستندات اللازم إرفاقها
