English translation
A company must have one or more specified objects and shall adhere to the object stated in its company contract. Nevertheless, the company may conduct activities similar or complementary to, necessary for, or connected with its objects. The company may amend its objects even if this results in a change in its activity, provided that it follows the procedures for amending the company contract in accordance with the law. Special-purpose companies may be incorporated to issue sukuk, for other securitization transactions, or for any other purpose. The Executive Regulations shall specify the controls and provisions applicable in this regard.

يجب أن يكون للشركة غرض محدد أو أكثر وأن تتقيد بالغرض المبين في عقدها،
ومع ذلك يجوز أن تمارس الشركة أعمالًا مشابهة أو مكملة أو لازمة أو مرتبطة
بأغراضها.
ويجوز للشركة أن تعدل أغراضها حتى لو أدّى ذلك إلى تغيير نشاطها، شريطة أن
تتبع إجراءات تعديل عقد الشركة وفقًا للقانون.
ويجوز تأسيس شركات ذات غرض خاص لإصدار صكوك ، أو غيرها من عمليات
