English translation
A partner's contribution may be a specified sum of money, a contribution in kind, or work serving the company's purposes. A partner's contribution may not consist solely of the partner's reputation, influence or financial creditworthiness. Cash contributions and contributions in kind alone shall constitute the company's capital. The partners' contributions shall be deemed equal in value and to relate to ownership of the property, rather than merely its use, unless an agreement or custom provides otherwise.

يجوز أن تكون حصة الشريك مبلغاً معيناً من النقود أو حصة عينية أو عملاً مما
يخدم أغراض الشركة، ولا يجوز أن تقتصر حصة الشريك على ما له من سمعة أو
نفوذ أو ثقة مالية. وتُكوَّن الحصص النقدية والعينية وحدها رأس مال الشركة.
وتعتبر حصص الشركاء متساوية القيمة وواردة على ملكية المال لا على مجرد الانتفاع
