English translation
Members of the board of directors may not disclose to shareholders outside general assembly meetings, or to third parties, company secrets of which they have become aware by reason of their management of the company. Otherwise, they must be removed and held liable for compensation for the damage resulting from the violation.

لا يجوز لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة أن يفصحوا إلى المساهمين في غير اجتماعات الجمعية
العامة أو إلى الغير عما وقفوا عليه من أسرار الشركة بسبب مباشرتهم لإدارتها وإلا
