English translation
The liability provided for in the preceding article shall be either personal liability attaching to a particular member, or shared liability among all members of the board of directors. In the latter case, all members shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of compensation, unless a group of them objected to the resolution giving rise to liability and recorded their objection in the minutes.

بالذات، وإما مشتركة فيما بين أعضاء مجلس الإدارة جميعًا. وفي الحالة الأخيرة يكون
