Every shareholder may individually bring a liability action on behalf of the company if the company does not bring it. In this case, the company must be joined as a party so that compensation may be awarded to it if warranted. (1) The last paragraph was added by Law No. 79 of 2019 Law Index 1502 Home Page Companies Law Law No. 1 of 2016 Promulgating the Companies Law A shareholder may bring a personal action for compensation if the fault has caused that shareholder damage. Any provision in the company's constitutional document stipulating otherwise shall be void.

لكل مساهم أن يرفع دعوى المسؤولية منفردًا نيابة عن الشركة في حالة عدم قيام
الشركة برفعها، وفي هذه حالة يجب اختصام الشركة ليحكم لها بالتعويض إن كان
له مقتض.
(۱) الفقرة الاخيرة مضافة بالقانون رقم ٧٩ لسنة ٢٠١٩
ويجوز للمساهم رفع دعواه الشخصية بالتعويض إذا كان الخطأ ألحق به ضررًا،
