English translation
The board of directors shall implement the resolutions of the general assembly—unless those resolutions contravene the Law or the company's constitutive contract—and the board of directors shall resubmit resolutions it considers to contravene the Law or the company's constitutive contract to the general assembly at a meeting called to discuss the aspects of the contravention.

على مجلس الإدارة تنفيذ قرارات الجمعية العامة - ما لم تكن تلك القرارات مخالفة
للقانون أو عقد الشركة - وعلى مجلس الإدارة إعادة عرض القرارات التي يرى
