English translation
Subject to the other powers prescribed by law, the extraordinary general assembly shall have jurisdiction over the following matters: 1- Amendment of the company's memorandum of association. 2- Sale of the entire undertaking for which the company was established, or disposal thereof in any other manner. 3- Dissolution, merger, conversion or division of the company. 4- Increase or reduction of the company's capital.
