1505 Home Page Companies Law Law No. 1 of 2016 Promulgating the Companies Law No resolution issued by the extraordinary general assembly shall be effective until the publicity procedures have been taken. The Ministry's approval must be obtained if the resolution concerns the company's name, objects, or capital, except for an increase in capital through the issuance of shares against profits achieved by the company or as a result of adding its reserves that may be used to the capital.

كل قرار يصدر عن الجمعية العامة غير العادية لا يكون نافذا إلا بعد اتخاذ إجراءات
الإشهار.
ويجب الحصول على موافقة الوزارة إذا كان القرار متعلقا باسم الشركة أو أغراضها
أو رأس مالها ، فيما عدا زيادة رأس المال عن طريق إصدار أسهم مقابل أرباح حققتها
