English translation
The companies resulting from the division shall be successors to the company subject to division and shall legally take its place within the limits of what has devolved upon them from the company subject to division, in accordance with the contents of the division resolution. The company's creditors and shareholders shall have the right to object to the division resolution. The provisions of Article 258 of this Law shall apply to them.

تكون الشركات الناشئة عن التقسيم خلفًا للشركة محل التقسيم، وتحل محلها حلولاً
قانونيًا وذلك في حدود ما آل إليها من الشركة محل التقسيم وفقا لما تضمنه قرار
التقسيم، ولدائني الشركة ومساهميها حق الاعتراض على قرار التقسيم. وتسري في
