English translation
If the merger will lead to an increase in the financial burdens of partners or shareholders or prejudice their rights in any of the companies participating in the merger, all partners or shareholders in the company must approve the merger resolution. If a partner or shareholder objects to the merger resolution, the provisions stipulated in Article 251 of this Law shall apply to him.

إذا كان الاندماج سيؤدي إلى زيادة الأعباء المالية للشركاء أو المساهمين أو المساس
بحقوقهم في أي من الشركات الداخلة في الاندماج، يجب موافقة جميع الشركاء أو
المساهمين في الشركة على قرار الاندماج.
وفي حالة اعتراض أحد الشركاء أو المساهمين على قرار الاندماج تطبق في شأنه الأحكام
