English translation
General partnerships or limited partnerships shall be dissolved if the interest of a partner is attached and the partners do not approve the admission of the person who submitted the best bid as a partner in the company, and neither the company nor the partners redeem the interest or satisfy the rights of the attaching creditor. The same provision shall apply to a partnership limited by shares if the shares of a general partner are attached.

تنقضي شركات التضامن أو التوصية البسيطة إذا تم الحجز على حصة أحد الشركاء
ولم يوافق الشركاء على انضمام الشخص الذي تقدم بأفضل عطاء كشريك بالشركة،
ولم تقم الشركة أو الشركاء باسترداد الحصة أو الوفاء بحقوق الدائن الحاجز.
ويسري ذات الحكم بالنسبة لشركة التوصية بالأسهم إذا وقع الحجز على أسهم
