English translation
Except for a shareholding company, a company may be dissolved by a judicial judgment if a partner requests this because a partner has failed to fulfil what that partner undertook, or for any other reason that the court considers sufficiently serious to justify dissolution. Any agreement providing otherwise shall be void.

فيما عدا شركة المساهمة، يجوز حل الشركة بحكم قضائي إذا طلب ذلك أحد
الشركاء لعدم وفاء شريك بما تعهد به أو لأي سبب آخر تقدر المحكمة أن له من
