Among the criteria for benefiting from support in kind or financial support provided by government entities to any non-governmental entity shall be compliance with the percentage prescribed by the Council of Ministers for the national workforce. When exercising the powers prescribed under Articles 16, 17, 18 of the aforementioned Decree-Law No. 105 of 1980, it is required that the number of Kuwaitis employed by the beneficiary reach the percentage prescribed by the Council of Ministers.

يكون من بين معايير الاستفادة بالدعم العيني او المالى الذي تقدمه الجهات الحكومية
الى أي جهة غير حكومية الالتزام بالنسبة التي يقررها مجلس الوزراء للعمالة الوطنية.
يشترط عند استخدام الصلاحيات المقررة بموجب المواد ١٦ ، ١٧ ، ١٨ ، من المرسوم
بالقانون رقم ١٠٥ لسنة ١٩٨٠ المشار اليه ان يبلغ عدد الكويتيين لدى المستفيد
