Article 35 of Private Sector Labour Law

The employer shall display, in a conspicuous place at the workplace, the schedule of penalties that may be imposed on workers who commit violations. The following shall be observed in preparing schedules of penalties: a- The violations that workers may commit shall be specified, and the penalty for each shall be specified. b- They shall include graduated penalties for violations. c- No more than one penalty shall be imposed for a single violation. d- A worker shall not be punished for any act he committed once fifteen days have elapsed from the date on which it was established. e- A penalty shall not be imposed on a worker for something he committed outside the workplace unless it is related to work.
