English translation
The employer must obtain the Ministry’s approval of the penalties regulations before applying them. The Ministry may amend them according to the nature of the establishment’s activity or the working conditions, in conformity with the provisions of this Law. The Ministry must submit these regulations to the competent organization, if one exists. If no competent organization exists, recourse shall be had to the General Federation for it to express its observations and proposals concerning these regulations.

يجب على صاحب العمل أن يعتمد لائحة الجزاءات قبل تطبيقها من الوزارة.
وللوزارة أن تعدل فيها طبقا لطبيعة نشاط المنشأة أو ظروف العمل بما يتفق وأحكام
هذا القانون.
وعلى الوزارة عرض هذه اللوائح على المنظمة المختصة إن وجدت وإن لم توجد
المنظمة المختصة يتم اللجوء للاتحاد العام ليبدي ملاحظاته واقتراحاته على هذه
