English translation
The worker may be suspended in the interests of the investigation conducted by the employer or the employer’s representative for a period not exceeding ten days. If the investigation into the worker concludes that the worker is not responsible, the worker shall be paid wages for the period of suspension.

يجوز وقف العامل لمصلحة التحقيق الذي يجريه صاحب العمل أو من ينوب عنه
لمدة لا تجاوز عشرة أيام فإذا انتهى التحقيق معه إلى عدم مسؤوليته صرف له أجره
