English translation
The employment contract terminates upon the worker’s death or upon proof of his incapacity to perform his work or because of an illness for which he has exhausted his sick leave. This shall be by a certificate approved by the competent official medical authorities.

ينتهي عقد العمل بوفاة العامل أو ثبوت عجزه عن تأدية عمله أو بسبب مرض
