The employer may not transfer a worker paid on a monthly basis to another category without the worker’s written consent thereto, without prejudice to the rights acquired by the worker during the period of work on a monthly wage.

لا يجوز لصاحب العمل أن ينقل عاملا بالأجر الشهري إلى فئة أخرى بغير موافقته
