English translation
The employer is obliged to pay his workers’ wages during the period of closure if he deliberately closes the establishment to compel the workers to yield and submit to his demands. He is also obliged to pay his workers’ wages throughout the period during which the establishment’s operations are suspended, wholly or partially, for any other reason in which the workers have no involvement, so long as the employer wishes them to continue working for him.

يلزم صاحب العمل بدفع أجور عماله خلال فترة الإغلاق إذا تعمد غلق المنشأة
لإجبار العمال على الرضوخ والإذعان لمطالبه، كما يلتزم بدفع أجور عماله طوال
فترة تعطيل المنشأة كليا أو جزئيا لأي سبب آخر لا دخل للعمال فيه، طالما رغب
