English translation
If a lawyer dies, has his name struck off, is suspended, is placed under interdiction or becomes unable to perform his mandate, the court shall, at his client's request, appoint a lawyer to replace him temporarily until he selects another representative.

في حالــة وفــاة المحامــي أو شــطب اســمه أو وقفــه أو الحجــز عليــه أو اســتحالة قيامــه
بوكالتــه تنــدب المحكمــة بنــاء على طلــب موكلــه محاميــا يحــل محلــه مؤقتــا حتــى يقــوم
