English translation
A lawyer may always withdraw from his mandate or his appointment before the civil and commercial courts. In this case, he must notify his client or the person whom he is appointed to represent of his withdrawal by registered letter (registered), and must continue conducting the proceedings in the action for no more than one month whenever this is necessary to defend the interests of the client or the person whom he has been appointed to represent. If the lawyer wishes to withdraw from the action, he must return to his client, upon the latter’s request, the instrument of power of attorney, the original documents and papers, and the advance payment of fees.

للمحامــي دائما أن يتنحــى عــن وكالتــه أو عــن ندبــه أمــام المحاكــم المدنيــة والتجاريــة وفي
هــذه الحالــة يجــب أن يخطــر موكلــه أو مــن ينــدب عنــه بكتــاب مــوصى عليــه )مســجل(
بتنحيــه وأن يســتمر في مبــاشرة اجــراءات الدعــوى شــهرا على الاكثــر متــى كان لازمــا
للدفــاع عــن مصالــح المــوكل أو مــن نــدب عنــه وعلى المحامــي إذا أراد التنحــي عــن
الدعــوى أن يــرد لموكلــه عنــد طلبه ســند التوكيــل والمســتندات والأوراق الأصلية ومقدم
