English translation
If a litigant, while the proceedings are pending, expressly or implicitly relinquishes a procedural act or a procedural document, the act or document shall be deemed never to have existed. Relinquishment of a judgment, however, shall entail relinquishment of the right established by it.

إذا نزل الخصم - مع قيام الخصومة - عن إجراء أو ورقة من أوراق المرافعات صراحة
أو ضمناً اعتبر الإجراء أو الورقة كأن لم تكن، أما النزول عن الحكم فيستتبع النزول
