Article 130 of Code of Civil Procedure

English translation

The time limit for appeal shall be suspended upon the death of the judgment debtor, his loss of capacity to litigate, or the cessation of the capacity of the person conducting the proceedings on his behalf. The suspension shall end only after the judgment is served on the heirs at their deceased predecessor's last domicile, or on the person replacing the person who lost capacity to litigate or whose capacity ceased. If the remainder of the time limit for appeal is less than ten days, it shall be extended to ten days, unless the prescribed appeal period is shorter than that, in which case the remainder of the time limit shall be extended by what completes it.
