English translation
If the appellant abandons the appeal proceedings, the court shall in all cases rule to accept the abandonment of the proceedings if the appellant has waived the right to appeal, or if the time limit for appeal had expired at the time of abandonment.

إذا ترك المستأنف الخصومة في الاستئناف قضت المحكمة في جميع الأحوال بقبول
تركه للخصومة إذا نزل عن حقه في الاستئناف، أو كان ميعاد الاستئناف قد انقضى
