English translation
The respondent to an appeal may, until the close of pleadings, bring a cross-appeal either through the ordinary procedures, by a memorandum containing the grounds of his appeal, or by making it orally at the hearing in the presence of the opposing parties and recording it in the hearing minutes. The appeal referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be deemed an incidental appeal if brought after the expiry of the appeal period or if the person bringing it had accepted the judgment before the original appeal was brought. The incidental appeal shall follow the original appeal and lapse when it lapses, whereas the cross-appeal shall not lapse when the original appeal lapses, regardless of the manner in which it was brought.
