English translation
If the judgment was rendered on the basis of fraud committed by the opposing party, a forged document, false testimony, or the failure to disclose a decisive document in the action withheld by the opposing party, the time limit for appealing it shall commence only on the day on which the fraud became apparent, the perpetrator admitted the forgery or a judgment established it, judgment was rendered against the false witness, or the withheld document came to light.

إذا صدر الحكم بناء على غش وقع من الخصم أو بناء على ورقة مزورة أو بناء على
شهادة زور أو بسبب عدم إظهار ورقة قاطعة في الدعوى احتجزها الخصم فلا يبدأ
ميعاد استئنافه إلا من اليوم الذي ظهر فيه الغش أو الذي أقر بالتزوير فاعله أو
حكم بثبوته أو الذي حكم فيه على شاهد الزور أو اليوم الذي ظهرت فيه الورقة
