English translation
The time limit for appeal shall be thirty days unless the law provides otherwise. The time limit shall be fifteen days in urgent matters, regardless of the court that rendered the judgment.

ميعاد الاستئناف ثلاثون يوما، ما لم ينص القانون على غير ذلك، ويكون الميعاد
