English translation
An arbitrator may not be a minor, a person under interdiction, a person deprived of his civil rights by reason of a criminal penalty, or a bankrupt who has not been rehabilitated. If there are multiple arbitrators, their number must in all cases be odd. The arbitrator must also be appointed in the arbitration agreement or in a separate agreement.

لا يجوز أن يكون المحكم قاصرا أو محجورا عليه أو محروما مـن حقـوقـه المدنية بسبب
عقوبة جنائية أو مفلسا لم يرد إليه اعتباره.
وإذا تعدد المحكمون وجب في جميع الأحوال أن يكون عددهم وترا. كما يجب تعيين
