English translation
Arbitrators may not be authorized to effect a settlement, nor may they render an award as arbitrators empowered to settle, unless they are named in the arbitration agreement. (1) 177 Article (Repealed)

لا يجوز التفويض للمحكمين بالصلح، ولا الحكم منهم بصفة محكمين مصالحين،
إلا إذا كانوا مذكورين بأسمائهم في الاتفاق على التحكيم.
