English translation
The original award, even if issued ordering an investigative measure, shall be deposited together with the original arbitration agreement with the Registry of the court originally competent to hear the dispute, within the ten days following the issuance of the award terminating the proceedings. The court clerk shall draw up a record of this deposit.

يودع أصل الحكم ولو كان صادرا بإجراء من إجراءات التحقيق مع أصل الاتفاق
على التحكيم إدارة كتاب المحكمة المختصة أصلاً بنظر النزاع خلال عشرة الأيام
التالية لصدور الحكم المنهي للخصومة.
