English translation
The arbitrator shall have jurisdiction to correct purely material clerical or arithmetical errors in his award and to interpret it if its operative part contains ambiguity or uncertainty. He shall also have jurisdiction to determine substantive claims that he omitted to determine, within the period prescribed by law or agreement for issuing his award. This shall be done pursuant to the rules stipulated in Articles )124(, )125( and )126( of this Law. If this is impossible or the period prescribed for the award has expired, these matters shall fall within the jurisdiction of the court originally competent to hear the dispute. If the award is challenged by appeal where permissible, or an original action for its annulment is brought, the court determining the appeal or the annulment action shall have exclusive jurisdiction to correct material errors in the award or to interpret it.

ويختص المحكم بتصحيح ما يقع في حكمه من أخطاء مادية بحتة كتابية أو حسابية
وبتفسيره إذا وقع في منطوقه غموض أو لبس، كما يختص أيضا بالفصل في الطلبات
الموضوعية التي أغفل الفصل فيها، وذلك خلال الأجل المحدد قانوًنا أو اتفاقا لإصدار
حكمه، ويتم ذلك طبقا للقواعد المنصوص عليها في المواد )١24(، )١25(، )١26(
من هذا القانون، فإذا تعذر ذلك أو انتهى الأجل المحدد للحكم تكون هذه المسائل من
اختصاص المحكمة المختصة أصًلا بنظر النزاع.
وإذا طعــن في الحكــم بالاســتئناف حين يكــون جائــزا أو رفعــت دعــوى أصليــة ببطلانــه
تختــص المحكمــة التــي تفصــل في الاســتئناف أو في دعوى البــطلان دون غيرهــا بتصحيح
