English translation
If the parties do not stipulate in the arbitration agreement a time limit for the award, the arbitrator shall render his award within six months from the date on which both parties to the dispute are notified of the arbitration hearing. Otherwise, any party who so wishes may bring the dispute before the court, or proceed with it before that court if it has already been brought. If the dates of notification of the parties differ, the time limit shall commence from the date of the last notification. The parties may agree, expressly or implicitly, to extend the time limit prescribed by agreement or by law, and may authorize the arbitrator to extend it to a specified date. The time limit shall be suspended whenever the proceedings before the arbitrator are stayed or interrupted, and shall resume running from the date on which the arbitrator becomes aware that the cause of the stay or interruption has ceased. If the remainder of the time limit is less than two months, it shall be extended to two months.
