English translation
A third party may neither perform what is required under the writ of execution nor be compelled to perform it until the debtor has been served with notice of the intention to carry out such execution at least eight days before it takes place.

لا يجوز للغير ان يؤدي المطلوب بموجب السند التنفيذي ولا ان يجبر على أدائه الا
