Article 211 of Code of Civil Procedure

An objection to enforcement may be brought before enforcement commences. For the objection to be admissible, it must be brought before enforcement is completed, and the objector must furnish security in the amount of fifty dinars if the objection stays enforcement, before the first hearing scheduled for its consideration; otherwise, the court shall rule the objection inadmissible. The deposit or furnishing of a single security shall suffice where there are multiple objectors if they bring their objection by a single statement of claim, even if the grounds of objection differ. The Government shall be exempt from depositing security, and anyone exempt from judicial fees shall likewise be exempt from depositing or furnishing it. The security shall be forfeited by operation of law whenever a judgment is rendered declaring the objection inadmissible, impermissible, lapsed, or void, or dismissing it or striking it out. The judgment staying enforcement shall extend to enforcement procedures taken after the objection was brought. Completion of enforcement after the issuance of the judgment of the court of first instance on the objection shall not prevent an appeal against that judgment, whether enforcement was completed before or after the appeal was brought. )2(
