English translation
If the court decides to strike out the execution objection pursuant to Article (59), or orders its stay pursuant to Article (70), the effect of staying execution resulting from the filing of the objection shall cease. If the objection stays execution and the objector loses his action, he may be ordered to pay a fine of not less than fifty dinars and not more than three hundred dinars, without prejudice to compensation where there are grounds for it.

إذا قــررت المحكمــة شــطب الإشــكال وفقــا لــلمادة أو حكمــت بوقفــه وفقــا لــلمادة زال الأثــر الواقــف للتنفيــذ المترتــب على رفــع الإشــكال.
وإذا كان الإشــكال موقفــا للتنفيــذ وخسر المستشــكل دعــواه جــاز الحكــم عليــه بغرامــة
لا تقــل عــن خمــسين دينــار ولا تزيــد على ثلاثمائــة دينــار، وذلــك مــع عــدم الاخلال
