English translation
Enforcement shall be carried out by enforcement officers, who are obliged to carry it out at its prescribed times whenever the person concerned so requests. They may not break down doors or forcibly open locks for the purpose of enforcement except in the presence of a police officer, and the latter must sign the enforcement report.

يجرى التنفيذ بواسطة مأموري التنفيذ وهم ملزمون بإجرائه في مواعيده متـى طـلـب
صاحب الشأن ذلك ولا يجوز لهم كسر الابواب او فض الاقفال بالقوة لإجـراء
التنفيذ الا بحضور أحد رجال الشرطة، ويجب ان يوقع هذا الاخير على محضر التنفيذ.Ask about this article
