Article 204 مكرر of Code of Civil Procedure

If the debtor fails to discharge the debt owed to the creditor after being served notice thereof, the Director of the Enforcement Department or the judges assisting him may, at the creditor's request, take any of the following measures: A- Request a statement detailing the debtor's immovables, movables, usufruct rights or other existing or future financial rights held with governmental bodies. B- Request a statement detailing the debtor's existing or future funds or rights against third parties held with banks, investment companies, clearing agencies or others. In these two cases, the Director of the Enforcement Department or the judges assisting him may authorize obtaining a statement containing dispositions of these funds and the name of the transferee for a period preceding issuance of the enforceable instrument, provided that it does not extend beyond the date the debt arose. C- Prohibit the debtor from travelling, imprison him, or both, in accordance with the provisions set out in this Law. The Director of the Enforcement Department or the judges assisting him may, without a request from the creditor, take any of the following measures: A- Notify the credit information company of the non-payment for entry in the debtor's credit register in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Law No. (9) of 2019. B- Assign a specialist from the General Department of Experts whenever enforcement procedures so require. C- Any other procedures provided for by law. )1(
