Article 204 of Code of Civil Procedure

Execution must be preceded by service of the enforceable instrument upon the person against whom execution is sought (the debtor) in accordance with the provisions of this Law. If the enforceable instrument is an authentic contract for opening a credit facility, an extract of the debtor's account from the creditor's commercial books must be served with it. The notice, whether ordinary or electronic, must include a statement of what is demanded, a direction to the debtor to pay, and the creditor's electronic details through which service is effected. If the creditor has no original domicile or place of business in the State of Kuwait, he must designate an elected domicile therein. In the case of execution by vacating real property or delivering movable or immovable property, the notice of the enforceable instrument must include sufficient identification of such property. If the enforceable instrument specifies a date for vacating or delivery, the notice must include that date. In all cases, execution may not commence before five days have elapsed from the date of the debtor's receipt of the aforementioned notice. )2(
