The procedure for attachment of movables in the debtor's possession provided for in Chapter Four of this Part may be followed when attaching the debtor's movables in the possession of a third party if the latter agrees, at the time of attachment, to follow this procedure instead of garnishment of the debtor's property held by a third party.

يجوز اتباع طريق حجز المنقول لدى المدين المنصوص عليه في الفصل الرابع من
هذا الباب عند الحجز على منقولات المدين في حيازة الغير إذا وافق هذا الاخير
