English translation
If the attachment is on movables, they shall be sold under the procedures prescribed for the sale of movables attached in the debtor's possession without the need for a new attachment. If the attached property is a debt not yet due for payment, it shall be sold under the procedures stipulated in Article 262.

إذا كان الحجز على منقولات، بيعت بالإجراءات المقررة لبيع المنقول المحجوز لدى
المدين دون حاجة الى حجز جديد، وإذا كان المحجوز دينا غير مستحق الاداء بيع
