If payment is not made in accordance with the preceding article, nor a deposit made pursuant to Articles 218 and 233, the attaching creditor may enforce against the garnishee's assets pursuant to his enforcement instrument, accompanied by an official copy of the garnishee's declaration, subject to the provisions of Article 204.
