English translation
The enforcement officer shall appoint a custodian for the attached items, and shall select the custodian if the attaching creditor or the attachment debtor does not produce a person of sufficient means. The attachment debtor shall be appointed if he so requests, unless dissipation is feared and there are reasonable grounds for this stated in the report. In that event, the attachment debtor's opinion on those grounds, if any, shall be recorded, and the matter shall immediately be submitted to the Director of the Enforcement Department for his decision thereon. If the enforcement officer finds no one at the place of attachment willing to accept custody and the debtor is present, he shall entrust custody to him, and his refusal shall be disregarded. If he is not present, the officer shall take all possible measures to preserve the attached items and immediately refer the matter to the Director of the Enforcement Department to order either their transfer and deposit with a trustworthy person willing to accept custody, selected by the attaching creditor or the officer, or their transfer to the Enforcement Department's warehouses.

يعين مأمور التنفيذ حارسا للأشياء المحجوزة، ويقوم باختيار الحارس إذا لم يأت
الحاجز او المحجوز عليه بشخص مقتدر ويجب تعيين المحجوز عليه إذا طلب هو
ذلك الا إذا خيف التبديد وكان لذلك اسباب معقولة تبين في المحضر، وعندئذ
يذكر رأي المحجوز عليه في تلك الاسباب ان كان ويعرض امرها فورا على مدير
ادارة التنفيذ لاتخاذ قراره في هذا الشأن.
وإذا لم يجد مأمور التنفيذ في مكان الحجز من يقبل الحراسة وكان المدين حاضرا
كلفه الحراسة ولا يعتد برفضه اياها ، أما إذا لم يكن حاضرا وجب عليه ان يتخذ
جميع التدابير الممكنة للمحافظة على الاشياء المحجوزة وان يرفع الأمر على الفور
لمدير ادارة التنفيذ ليأمر اما بنقلها وايداعها عند امين يقبل الحراسة يختاره الحاجز
او المأمور واما بنقلها الى مخازن ادارة التنفيذ.Ask about this article
