English translation
If the custodian is present at the time of attachment, the attached things shall be delivered to him at the place of their attachment after he signs the attachment report and is given a copy thereof. If he is absent or is appointed subsequently, the attached things must be inventoried and delivered to him after the inventory report is signed and he is given a copy thereof. If the custodian refuses to sign the attachment or inventory report or refuses to receive a copy thereof, the reasons for this must be stated in the report.

إذا كان الحارس موجودا وقت الحجز سلمت اليه الاشياء المحجوزة في مكان حجزها
بعد التوقيع منه على محضر الحجز وتسليمه صورة منه، فاذا كان غائبا او عين فيما
بعد وجب جرد الاشياء المحجوزة وتسليمها اليه بعد التوقيع على محضر الجرد
وتسليمه صورة منه.
وإذا امتنع الحارس عن التوقيع على محضر الحجز او الجرد او رفض تسلم صورته
